**When will my order be shipped out to me?**
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment. The time to ship will depend on where you live. Orders within the United States and Canada will ship out sooner than those which must be shipped overseas. If you will kindly find your location, listed at the bottom of the page, you will find out the answers to ALL of your questions!
The amount we charge for shipping is located on our Shipping Rate Page. We have included a link to take you directly to this area. We base the amount on product weight only. This saves you money vs. other shipping methods.
**Is it possible for my order to be sent to 2 different places?**
Sure! We allow split shipping for up to 2 different addresses for an additional fee, of course. If you require your order to be split up and sent to more than 2 addresses, please contact us for information and the charges for this service
**I need this order within 2-3 days, do you offer expedited shipping?**

***Sometimes, your order will come from more than 1 distributor. In this case, I have your entire order sent to me. I will then wait on your full order to be delivered and then I will pack it up and send to you in one shipment. That way, I am sure that your order is 100% correct and complete! Also, I can personally fill out the Customs information to discreetly describe your contents and the value of your purchase. Then there is no worries or returns due to an incorrect order!! Contact the Customs Officials in your country for the best information on how your order will be handled by them.

1. Any duties, tariffs, and /or taxes which may be due on your package.
2. machine9dungeon reserves the right to refuse to send an order to certain Countries. Unfortunately, certain countries have a high theft rate within their Customs Department. If you happen to live in one of these areas, we will notify you at once, and immediately refund your entire order amount. We will, however, process the order if you if you send us, in writing, a letter stating that you understand there is a risk. The order MUST be paid for with a Certified Bank Check, which must be verified as real, and the funds must clear BEFORE your order is sent to you. We cannot accept any credit cards for payment in this case.
3. Again, it is very unfortunate, but certain country's Customs Officials will sometimes steal your order. In the event this occurs, we will not replace or refund your order.
4. Please note that customs officials of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments.
5. Please be aware that we will not issue refunds/credits for seized items that are not returned to us.
6. Customs duties may or may not be imposed by customs officials in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges. (Many of our customers tell us that fees are not collected consistently on small parcels.)
7. For International Express shipping,
brokerage fees ARE included with the cost of shipping. This fee does
NOT cover any duties or taxes imposed by your local government.
8. Also, we legally have to include a description of the contents on all international orders. Our descriptions are truthful but generic, not-sexually-related descriptions. For example, rubber plug, leather bracelets, jewelry, etc. We try to be as discreet as possible, within the law.
